Beauty in
Impermanence

For this passion project, I created an apparel design that celebrates the beauty of nature and its “beauty in impermanence,” which parallels the celebration of human life and death.

Stylistically, I aimed to contrast the organic, bold colored imagery with the white shapes, making them pop along with one another. The blackletter type juxtaposes its more modern design to allude to a tie between past and present and offers a complemented decorative type with the natural imagery.
